What we did.
Construction of eight fully detached three-bedroom houses, from foundation through superstructure to completion.
Kwesi Kyei Ltd is engaged as general contractor on a residential development of eight fully detached three-bedroom houses at Amasaman.
Our scope runs the full build: setting out and excavation, foundations, reinforced concrete frame, blockwork, roofing, and finishes through to completion of each unit. The work is run by full-time field supervision reporting to a project manager, with materials and equipment procured through our own supply chain.
