Liberty Spirit is the project where our full range of services runs end to end on one site. We produced the architectural, structural and mechanical design drawings, then carried the development through construction under our own supervision and project management.

Holding both the design and the build means buildability questions are settled on the drawing board rather than as a variation halfway up the frame. Programme and cost are tracked in-house, and the site is run by full-time field supervision.
